The 2019 Gift Drive and wrapping night
Each year, Open Hands Alliance partners with Werner Restoration and Ginseng Creative to collect new and unwrapped gifts during our annual holiday gift drive. The gift drive provides thoughtful and beautifully wrapped gifts for a variety of people experiencing homelessness this holiday season. We believe in much more than giving presents – your gift provides comfort and can even contribute to a sense of normalcy to those who find the holidays stressful. This is a great way to show how much the community cares about eachother and share the joy of the giving season. We end the drive with a fun filled evening wrapping the gifts and putting finishing touches on everything to deliver the next day. We hope you’ll take a moment to check out the organization we serve this year, Homeward Pikes Peak.
